Breaking: The United States Supreme Court declines Texas

7 of the nine Justices have declined to accept a case that was challenging nearly 39,000,000 votes.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

  • Bertha Scott

The Supreme Court cannot deny Texas’ lawsuit against the other States. The way the original Constitution, our Constitution of the United States, was written disallows the USSC from denying any lawsuit by any State against any other State.

  • Steve Eaton

Our SCOTUS is a joke. If they are afraid to do their job they should all resign and let a true supreme court justice have their seat, every one of them.
I don’t really care which way they would rule on the subject but they need to take it in and look at it.
The American people who pay their salaries deserve that much.
If this is the way the United States of America is going to be, I will be ashamed to call myself an American.

  • Walter F Merritt

Does the SCOTUS not realize the Presidential election affects all states.? We are not in their business but they are definitely in our business by not following their own state laws.
    Total sham.!
How does the highest court in the land not stand up for the law.?.!.?

  • Walter F Merritt

How can the SCOTUS NOT hear oral arguments.?.!.?
They are the top court and some of the states under their jurisdiction are in a legal battle over the National/Federal election.
It’s their business to keep the peace and set legal president….
